Morris Motors was a British automobile manufacturer founded by William Morris in 1912. Originally established as W.R.M. Motors, the company was renamed Morris Motors in 1919. It grew to become one of the largest car producers in the United Kingdom and played a significant role in the development of the British automotive industry. The Morris brand remained in use until 1984.
