Haval is a Chinese automotive brand owned by Great Wall Motor (GWM), specializing in SUVs and crossover vehicles. It was spun off as an independent brand in 2013 after starting as the “Hover/Haval” model line in 2005. Haval quickly became GWM’s most successful brand and one of the leading SUV manufacturers in China, with strong export presence in markets such as Russia, Australia, Brazil, and the Middle East.
