Shanghai Maple Automobile (SMA), also known as Maple, was a Chinese automobile manufacturer based in Fengjing, Shanghai, and a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. The company originally produced low-cost passenger vehicles based on older Citroën platforms and later evolved into electric vehicle development through partnerships with Geely and Kandi Technologies. The brand was revived in 2020 as an EV-focused marque producing affordable electric cars before being fully integrated into Livan Automotive in 2022.
